Shipping from this website is done using United Parcel. We can only ship to a street address. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO's, FPO's, etc. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the UPS zone that we are shipping to.
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. If you selected upgraded shipping, we will do everything possible to process your order within 1 business day. Shipping time in transit quoted by UPS begins after the package is shipped, not when you place the order.

If you change the delivery address for your order after the order is shipped or if the address is incorrect and UPS must provide address correction services, you will incur a $20.00 charge for these changes.

International orders cannot be processed online. We invite our international customer to contact us via phone at (604) 876-4328 or email at gordonreagh@canada.com to help you with your order. Please tell us what you would like to purchase. This website is designed to allow small business owners to purchase items at wholesale or closeout pricing without the large quantities required by other wholesalers. Items shown on our website are generally representative samples of a large lot. We cannot guarantee that the selection you receive will match these photos. Selections can vary from case to case as we unpack the merchandise. Our photos are intended to show typical styles in a lot, not specific items. Since many of our products are closeout or liquidation items, supplies may be very limited and we will be offering them for a limited time. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
